HOW TO ORDER
Along with our convenient secure online ordering feel free to visit our showroom or contact us. Our dedicated staff is here to answer any questions and take orders in person or by phone from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday thru Friday Eastern Standard Time.


SALES POLICY
Orders are accepted with the understanding that they will be billed at the time and price in effect on the day ordered. Atlanta Store equipment shall not be liable for loss, damage, detention or delay resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control. We also carry items that might not be shown on our website so please contact us for any custom, special order, or non-stocking items you might need. Custom and non-stocking items ordered might be subject to a 50% non-refundable deposit. We also offer complete store planning, design, and layout. Having a custom mill shop allows us the capability of supplying a wide selection of unique fixtures.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
Atlanta Store Equipment accepts cash, check, (in showroom only). We also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Sales Tax
Sales Tax on merchandise total is charged for items shipped to the following states: Georgia & Florida. Sales tax shall be determined by any county and state regulations.

Pricing
All prices are subject to change without notice. Immediate availability is limited to stock on hand. While we will make every effort to keep prices accurate, Atlanta Store Equipment reserves the right to correct and any errors in the description or price.

Backorders
Atlanta Store Equipment will make every effort to keep an accurate stock; However if there are items not in stock at the time of ordering they will be shipped as soon as available unless otherwise notified. There will be separate shipping and handling charges billed on each order.

Cancellation/Return Policy
For cancellations, please contact Atlanta store equipment immediately. If the order has shipped, it may not be cancelled. You may Return items if the following applies:

  • No returns on Special Orders, Custom Made Goods or Goods cut to size.
  • No returns on used or damaged items.
  • New goods not special ordered or in larger stock quantities will be considered for return.
  • All returns must be authorized, and a return authorization number should be displayed on the original packaging.
  • All returned are subject to a 20% restock fee, and shall be returned prepaid unless otherwise authorized.

SHIPPING/HANDLING
Unless specified Atlanta Store Equipment ships FedEx and UPS ground prepaid and add on small parcel. Items shipped in less than standard pack are subject to a $3.00 repacking fee per box. A $5.00 handling fee is included on every order.  Items that do not meet the qualifications for small package will be shipped via common carrier prepaid and add, at negotiated pricing. Large items are subject to pallet/crate charges.  All orders will be shipped F.O.B. point of shipment unless specified.

International Shipping Now Available!

DAMAGE
While all shipments are insured against damage, it is important that that all shipments are opened and inspected immediately. Any damaged merchandise should be reported to the carrier as well as Atlanta Store equipment within 10 days of delivery date, please keep original packaging. If damage is visible please retain packing slip and notate damage on freight bill. On concealed damage take a picture and contact carrier immediately. Replacement of damaged goods will be shipped as soon as possible.
